LEKTRO: JBT buys Oregon airport vehicle maker

An Oregon manufacturer of electric airline tugs has been acquired by a Chicago company. Lektro Inc., based in Warrenton, Oregon, agreed to the acquisition by JBT Corp. (NYSE: JBT), according to an announcement on Lektro's website. The family-owned company manufactures electric tugs for moving aircraft.
