Lepton Global: Kymeta acquires Lepton Global Solutions, a satellite services firm

Kymeta Corp. recently acquired Lepton Global Solutions LLC, a Virginia-based satellite services specialist. As per the agreement, Lepton Global Solutions will become a wholly owned Kymeta subsidiary.
