LES: Audax acquires LES

Audax Private Equity has acquired Irving, Texas-based Liquid Environmental Solutions, a provider of non-hazardous liquid waste management and disposal services. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams was financial adviser to LES on the transaction while Ropes & Gray LLP was counsel to Audax.
