Liminal BioSciences: Liminal BioSciences Announces Arrangement Agreement with Structured Alpha LP

Liminal BioSciences Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement") under which SALP will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Liminal BioSciences (the "Common Shares") that it does not already own.
