Livio Health: Lifespark acquires in-home health care subsidiary of Blue Cross parent company

Lifespark, a St. Louis Park-based senior services company, announced Wednesday that it is acquiring a subsidiary of Stella Health, the parent company for Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
