LNR Partners: LNR sells Coral Springs retail for $27M

An affiliate of Miami Beach-based LNR Property Corp. sold part of the Turtle Run retail center in Coral Springs for $27.35 million. The property covers most of the outparcel buildings around the Target-owned store at the southwest corner of Wiles Road and North State Road 7.
