LNR Partners: Rockville office building sells for $17.2M

A New York real estate investment firm has acquired Blackwell Two, a 101,296-square-foot Class A office building in Rockville, for $17.175 million. White Plains, New York-based True North Management Group is the buyer. CBRE Inc. represented the seller, Florida-based LNR Partners LLC. Blackwell Two is located at 9600 Blackwell Road.
