We've got a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving: first and foremost to we are thankful to you, our patient backers - the thousands of Lockitrons we have manufactured for you have just arrived stateside. With the Bolts in the U.S. it's only about one more week before tracking numbers start showing up for the remaining U.S. Lockitron backers.We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving (and a belated one for our Canadian backers!)Ahoy there Lockitron!Just a few weeks ago we shared some photos of Lockitron Bolts safely nestled on their pallets en route to the U.S. After arriving at the Port of Long Beach, the units were then trucked to an initial warehouse where they'll be removed from their pallets and shipped off to our fulfillment warehouses.Pallets of Lockitron Bolts being unloaded and an elusive Modern Gold Lockitron!After over 7,000 miles the Lockitrons rest up for their big day on your door. Each master pack of Lockitrons must first be re-labled for shipment to the fulfillment warehouse.Tips and Tricks: Beta FirmwareWith thousands of Lockitrons in the field and the completion of backer shipments in sight, we're changing focus to help existing Lockitron owners get more from Bolt. In this abbreviated update we wanted to reach out to backers who want to help us test our latest beta firmware.While there are a bunch of fixes and feature improvements in this new firmware version, the most important fix is in our motor driver code. If you have experienced any issues where you need to tap unlock twice for your Bolt to fully withdraw, then this update is for you!
