Locally based Alley-Cassetty Cos. Inc. is set this month to complete its purchase of Lebanon-based LoJac Materials Inc., according to a news release. Terms of the deal were not released. Alley-Cassetty will acquire LoJac's concrete block manufacturing facilities in Lebanon and in Dickson, as well as a yard in Cookeville.
