Lorig: Lorig, Wright Runstad vying to build big office project for Pierce County

Two Seattle real estate developers, Lorig Associates and Wright Runstad & Co., are competing to build a 225,000-square-foot office building in Tacoma for Pierce County. As the two finalists for the job, the companies have been asked to submit proposals.
