LouVino, which launched its first location in Louisville in 2014, opened its doors at 1140 Main St. in Over-the-Rhine on Aug. 21. The restaurant specializes in small plates with a Southern twist, like bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with Stilton blue cheese; steak and hoe cakes with poblano tomato sauce and roasted tomato jalapeño salsa; crab and lobster cakes with lobster custard and pea shoots, and confit chicken wings with red wine barbecue sauce or sherry buffalo sauce and blue cheese coleslaw....
