The couple behind LouVino is working on a new concept - this one with a Southern flair. Chad and Lauren Coulter, along with LouVino's culinary director, Tavis Rockwell, will open Biscuit Belly next year. The concept revolves around messy, flakey, gooey biscuit sandwiches.
