Louvino: Popular Highlands restaurant adding second location

Business is booming for LouVino, and its owners are planning a second location. The wine bar and small plates restaurant opened at 1606 Bardstown Road in July, WDRB-TV reports. "We're really gangbusters even throughout the winter, which is typically slow for the restaurant industry," owner Chad Coulter said.
