This order is a gift. Do you have special gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not have special gift wrapping. We are so sorry about that!
Do you include a receipt or packing slip?
Our Love Goodly boxes come with an insert card that has details about each product and displays the retail value.
Online shop orders may come with a packing slip that displays the retail price.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can type up a gift message when viewing your cart and it'll be printed + included with the order.
It looks like my gift won't arrive on time. Can you send an email to the gift recipient to let them know?
Yes, we can! Just let us know their name and email address and we're happy to send them an email and provide the tracking number so they can be on the lookout. Don't worry, we won't reveal what the gift is :)
Or if you'd like to send to notify them yourself, let us know and we can email a graphic you can include in your email!
I need a gift, like, right now. What are my options?
We have digital gift cards available here! The gift recipient can use it for the online shop or to apply it to their Love Goodly subscription or Prepaid Box Plan.
If you'd like to purchase gift cards for multiple recipients, simply add each gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will then receive an email for each gift card which you can then forward to the gift recipient.
For example, if you purchased 10 gift cards, you will receive 10 gift card code emails to forward to the respective gift recipient!
SHIPPING FAQs
Do the deadlines apply to all Love Goodly orders?
Yes! Our shipping deadlines apply to ALL Love Goodly orders - both subscription boxes and online shop orders.
Do the deadlines apply to US orders only?
Yes, the shipping deadlines are for US orders only.
If you're in Canada, we cannot guarantee by/before December 24 even with the shipping deadlines in place. We recommend placing your order right away and then you can select between Standard or Expedited shipping.
Please note that Canada Lovelies can only purchase from the online shop - including the Single Essential or VIP Box.
*I don't see the Expedited shipping option for the subscription box or prepaid box plans. How do I select that?
For our Prepaid Box Plans and Bi-Monthly Subscription Boxes, you will need to email info@lovegoodly.com before placing your order. Please note that an additional shipping cost will be applied to the first box and the payment is required before your order ships (we will send an invoice to your email address on file).
If you're purchasing from the online shop or ordering the Single Essential or VIP Box, you can select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
Can I request to have the gift arrive by a specific date?
At this time, we're unable to accommodate special delivery requests.
Can I pick up my order from your location?
Order pickup is not available.
If I order by the deadline, can you guarantee that my gift will arrive before Christmas? It needs to arrive there on time!
Our team does their best to get your orders packed and shipped within a timely manner. However, even with shipping deadlines in place, we cannot guarantee delivery by or before Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
External factors such as weather issues or service delays may affect shipping or delivery, and unfortunately this is something we cannot control/predict. When your order is in the hands of our shipping partner, we cannot control/predict what happens during shipping.
With that said, we highly recommend placing your order (especially gift orders) as soon as possible!
How long does it take for my gift order to arrive?
Estimated delivery is between 1-7 business days depending on the destination; may be longer if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, military address, or US territory. Please note that all orders ship from our parent company in San Antonio, TX!
What if the gift recipient will be out of town for the holidays?
If you know when they will be out of town, we recommend placing your order beforehand so they can receive it home! Or, if applicable, you can also have their gift shipped to where they are spending the holidays.
