Lisburn-based refrigeration and catering equipment rental company Lowe has purchased Abbey Design Associates (ADA) and Spherica Systems. As reported by The Irish News, the acquisition of ADA adds a substantial level of commercial refrigeration design and consultancy expertise to the group. Spherica, which is a recognised innovator in the IoT remote monitoring space, will reportedly join Lowe's global LoweConex brand, bringing a unified data platform to the international marketplace.
