Loyalty Bay: Digital Reward Program Platform Loyalty Bay is acquired by Perkbox

The UK startup Loyalty Bay offers Saas based platform for automatic delivery of the digital rewards. Perkbox has acquired Loyalty Bay as Perkbox says two companies are better than one. The startup raised $1 million in seed funding in August 2015. Any Terms of the acquisition has not been disclosed. According to Steve O’Hear, It was a cash deal, and all of the Loyalty Bay’s backers have exited.
