A Washington, D.C., real estate investment firm has closed on its $34 million for the 260-room Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI. Frontier Development & Hospitality Group LLC's acquisition of the property from Chesapeake, Virginia-based LTD Hospitality Group breaks down to $130,769 per room.
