Lucernex: Accruent Buys Lucernex

Austin-based software developer Accruent, which develops asset management software, said today that it has acquired Plaon-based Lucernex, a developer of workplace management systems used to manage real estate and equipment lease accounting. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Accruent said that Lucernex provides site selection, lease administration and project management ability which will enhance its own facility management, predictive maintenance and IoT-based equipment control features.
