Ludvik Holdings: Ludvik Holdings buys Unitiv

Ludvik Holdings Inc. has acquired a majority of Unitiv Inc. Financial terms weren't announced. The deal includes a financing commitment to Unitiv of up to $5 million. Cummings, Georgia-based Unitiv provides data center infrastructure solutions, cloud solutions, OEM and third party support solutions, including staffing services.
