Lunar Design: Brooklyn's Litify buys local firm's tech, establishes Orlando office

An Orlando marketing firm has sold an in-house developed communications tool that connects businesses to customers through text messages to a legal tech company in Brooklyn, N.Y., for an undisclosed amount. Lunar, which early this year spun off from local company Launch That, sold the technology to Litify, which has also hired key employees of Lunar.
