Lunds & Byerlys: Lunds & Byerlys will bring self-serve beer to new St. Paul store

Lunds & Byerlys will open a store next week at the Highland Bridge project in St. Paul. It's one of the first commercial projects to open at the redeveloped Ford plant site, but the store breaks ground in other ways, too.
