VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2014) - LX Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LXV) (the "Company") announces that it will be changing its corporate name from "LX Ventures Inc." to "Mobio Technologies Inc.". Concurrently with the name change, the Company will begin trading as "MBO" on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") and no longer be quoted under the symbol "LXV". The effective date of the name change remains subject to the approval of the Exchange.
