Macy's: Macy's store at Sunrise Mall closes down

The Macy's at the sunrise mall in Massapequa will officially close on Friday. The store's closure also means nearly 80 people will be out of a job - according to a notice with the state labor department. The store's closure is one of the 66 locations shutting down due to low performance. It's also one of the last remaining stores at Sunrise Mall. Macy's backstage locations at the Lake Success Shopping Center and at the Melville Mall will also be closing its doors.
