Maintenance Connection: Davis-based software company Maintenance Connection to be acquired

Maintenance Connection, a Davis-based provider of computerized maintenance management systems, has agreed to be acquired by Austin, Texas-based Accruent. The deal was announced Wednesday by Accruent, which provides cloud-based software to help businesses manage their physical assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
