Manchester Tank: Manchester Tank & Equipment to Close Elkhart Facility

Tennessee-based Manchester Tank & Equipment Co. is planning to permanently close its Elkhart facility. In a notice to the state, the company said the closure will result in the layoff of 128 employees.
