Manhattan Beach Confidential Blog Manhattan Beach New Listings (4/12-4/13/25)

Remember how just a couple of weeks ago, we were all excited about the new Tree Section inventory coming out? In a short time, two of those listings quit (3309 Pine and 2710 Pine). And this week, there are no new ones to replace those. But we do see more in the Sand, and we'll start out with a few on the East side. The Edge office is busy with listings, including our newest in North Redondo at 1703 Blossom (3br/2ba, 1432 sqft., oversized lot, $1.475M), open Sat. & Sun. 1-4pm. We're also glad to direct you to our new Hermosa Beach listing at 731 21st ($2.449M), open both days 2-4pm. (We also discussed it in this post.) We've just made a price adjustment to $2.699M on our East Manhattan listing at 2100 Wendy, open 2-4pm Sunday. Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens. ---------------------------------------- PLEASE NOTE: Below, we present listings new to the Manhattan Beach market this week, via the MLS. They are listed and brokered by a variety of agents and firms. The name of the listing broker and agent for each property, along with any contact information supplied through the MLS, is displayed with each property, next to the price.
