Yesterday I got my cardio in through my Bootcamps at 6:30 am and pm. But I still wanted to lift some weights in the afternoon. Here's what I did yesterday. I chose 3 sets of 25 reps. I don't normally do that many reps so I decided to switch it up and add some volume!
