MC Sports: MC Sports files for bankruptcy, will liquidate stores

MC Sports, which has a Milwaukee-area location, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Tuesday. The sporting goods retailer, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., will immediately begin liquidating all of its 68 stores, according to USA Today. The company has one Milwaukee-area store in West Bend, but it also has locations in Sheboygan, Kohler, Manitowoc, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin Dells, Plover and Onalaska.
