McDonald's: McDonald's Is Giving Out Free Food This Week - But You've Got Days to Claim It

If you've been craving a cheeky Maccies, now's the time to treat yourself - McDonald's is giving away free food this week, but you've only got until Sunday, April 6 to claim it. As part of its weekly Deal Drop, McDonald's is letting app users claim a free Sausage & Egg McMuffin when they spend £10 or more on McDelivery, and 6 free Chicken McNuggets when they spend £15. Lydia Doye reported in The Sun that to unlock the deal, you'll need to download the McDonald's app, opt into MyMcDonald's Rewards, and make sure you're checking your notifications or emails each Monday when new offers are released. The freebies will appear in the Rewards and Offers section of the app and can be used for both McDelivery and in-store purchases via the app. It's basically McDonald's way of saying thanks - and encouraging people to take advantage of its growing loyalty programme. For every penny you spend, you get one Rewards Point, which can be used to claim more free menu items over time. And if that wasn't enough to tempt you, Maccies has just dropped a whole bunch of new limited-edition items, including a sour apple McFlurry, Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers, and a Nether Flame hot sauce - part of a collab with the Minecraft movie. Now, I'm not saying you need to try the new garlic mozzarella dippers... but if you happen to be ordering your free McNuggets and they fall into your basket too, who's judging? Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk said, "When McDonald's runs these limited-time deals, it's a smart move to stack them with loyalty points. You can double up on savings - get something free now, and be halfway to your next treat too. Just don't forget to order before the offer ends!"
