McDonald's: McDonald's teases return date of fan favorite menu item

The fast food chain announced the return of the Snack Wrap at the end of last year. The item includes a crispy chicken tender topped with shredded lettuce and mayo-style sauce wrapped in a soft white flour tortilla. The decision to bring back the Snack Wrap aligns with customer demand, evidenced by a Change.org petition with 18,000 signatures calling for its return. McDonald's President of USA Joe Erlinger then confirmed its return in an interview, saying the item would be back by the end of this year. McDonald's X account is teasing the exact date. One said "It's June lock in," while another guessed, "June or September." Another commenter said: "Finally it's been 5 long years since that glorious wrap has touched my taste buds." The official McDonald's account responded, saying: "Soon friend soon." The company is putting a focus on more chicken products. The newest product named the "McCrispy Strip" is reportedly headed to menus nationwide sometime this year. The fast food chain has several other new items in the works. It just brought back lemonade on April 8. It features real lemon juice, bits of lemon pulp and real cane sugar. You can also get Krispy Kreme doughnuts at participating locations. The fast food chain has begun selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts, with the deal available at all restaurants nationwide by the end of 2026.
