MDB: D.C. region's top ad agency is sold

Longtime D.C. advertising firm MDB Communications Inc. has been sold, becoming the first office outside of Ohio for its new owner. Hart Inc., the Toledo, Ohio-based buyer, is a marketing, advertising and communications agency that focuses on health care, higher education, and B2B marketing.
