Medcost: Lynn Kiser promoted to Director, Client Contact Center at MedCost LLC

Lynn Kiser is Director, Client Contact Center for MedCost. She leads our contact center staff, as well as FSA administration and ID card production teams, in providing efficient client/member interactions that align with our mission to improve health, lower costs, and deliver exceptional health care experiences. Lynn has been with MedCost for 21 years, with various roles in customer service, physician recruitment, and contract negotiation.
