Medcost: Victoria Benson joined as VP of Human Resources at MedCost, LLC

Dr. Victoria Benson recently joined MedCost as Vice President of Human Resources. She brings over 25 years of experience in HR and administration in both corporate and higher education settings. Her background also includes 11 years of active and reserve military service with the US Navy. Victoria received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, she holds a Master’s in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University. Victoria is an accomplished HR leader with a focus on employee engagement, recognizing the delicate balance between the best interests of the employee and the employer. “Knowing what’s important to employees is the first step toward employee engagement.
