Coffeyville, Kan.-based Medicalodges Inc. on Friday announced it has reached a tentative deal to assume the interest in 12 long-term care facilities in Kansas from Utah-based Deseret Health Group. Medicalodges CEO Garen Cox said in a news release that a review of the transaction is being done by both companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
