The New Jersey subsidiary of a Chester County cardiac monitoring technology company has agreed to pay $1.35 million to resolve allegations that it paid kickbacks to induce doctors to use the company's services. The allegations against MedNet Inc. of Ewing, New Jersey, occurred before the company was acquired by BioTelemetry Inc. of Malvern, Pennsylvania.
