Memorial Hospital: BJC, Memorial finalize affiliation

BJC HealthCare and Memorial Hospital in Belleville have finalized the terms of their proposed strategic affiliation. Under the terms of the agreement, a new jointly owned parent organization - Memorial Regional Health Services - was formed.
