Merrick: Fast-growing energy software company acquired

Merrick System Inc., one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, has been acquired by a Denver company. Denver-based P2 Energy Solutions, which provides software and data solutions for the upstream sector, closed on the acquisition earlier this month, according to a press release.
