MetoKote: Company to buy industrial firm with Huber Heights presence

An Ohio-based industrial coating company with a large presence in Huber Heights will be sold to a new owner. MetoKote Corp., based out of Lima, has 30 facilities including one in Huber Heights. Pittsburgh-based supplier PPG(NYSE: PPG) announced today it reached an agreement to buy MetoKote Corp. and its affiliates from Platinum Equity.
