MFE - MediaForEurope: MFE improves revenues in 2024; adjusted profit and dividend up

(Alliance News) - MFE MediaForEurope NV announced on Wednesday that it closed the 2024 financial year with consolidated net revenues of EUR2.95 billion, up 4.9% from EUR2.81 billion in 2023. The board of directors proposed to the shareholders' meeting a dividend of EUR0.27 per ordinary share, up 8% from the previous year. EBIT rose to EUR 355.8 million, compared to EUR 302.3 million in 2023, while adjusted EBIT amounted to EUR 370.3 million. EBITDA amounted to EUR 792.1 million, compared to EUR 782.3 million in 2024. Net profit amounted to EUR137.9 million, compared to EUR209.2 million, while adjusted net profit attributable to the group amounted to EUR266.1 million, up 27% compared to EUR209.2 million in 2023. Cash flow from operations amounted to EUR 343.3 million, up from EUR 279.6 million in 2023. The net financial position stood at EUR 691.5 million, down from EUR 902.8 million as of December 31, 2024.
