Microfibres: Assets of firm that closed local plant, filed bankruptcy could sell for nearly $6M

Cram Holdings Group LLC is offering $5.85 million for the assets of Microfibres Inc., which closed its Winston-Salem plant and declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year. Joseph DiOrio, bankruptcy trustee for the Pawtucket, R.I.-based fabric maker, has made a court filing asking for permission to sell the assets to Cram, the Winston-Salem Journal reports.
