Millennium Pharmacy Systems: Pharmerica acquires Pennsylvania-based company

Louisville-based institutional pharmacy company PharMerica Corp. (NYSE: PMC) has completed the acquisition of Cranberry Township, Pa.-based Millennium Pharmacy Systems. Millennium provides pharmacy services to the long-term care industry. It operates seven institutional pharmacies, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region.
