Swiss Brain Tech MindMaze and Babylon Health, a London based digital-first health service provider that combines an artificial intelligence powered platform with virtual clinical operations for patients are set to merge to form a powerful new global organization tackling a broad range of chronic conditions, including neurological conditions. The transaction is expected to close in July 2023.
