Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery: Fairview buys Edina gynecology practice

Fairview Health Services has acquired Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery, an independent specialty practice in Edina. Minneapolis-based Fairview didn't disclose terms of the deal, which closed July 1. Now called Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery-Fairview, the clinic provides gynecology services and surgeries such as laparoscopic hysterectomies.
