Hillman Group Inc., one of Cincinnati's largest private companies, has agreed to acquire a company that specializes in self-service key duplicating kiosks. Financial terms of Hillman's deal to purchase Minute Key Holdings Inc. were not disclosed and is subject to regulatory approval.
