Mobileeyes: Tyler Technologies Buys MobileEyes

Plano-based Tyler Technologies said this morning that it has acquired TradeMaster, Inc., the parent company of MobileEyes. MobileEyes develops software used in the public safety industry, for fire prevention and suppression, emergency response, and structural safety. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. MobileEyes has offices in Troy, Michigan and Atlanta, Georgia, and was founded in 2002. Tyler Technologies is the developer of a wide range of software for the government market.
