The normal year end slowdown didn't really happen. Normally our distributors get to restock over Christmas and start the year with good inventory levels. Instead, 2016 started with many favorites (some listed below) in tight supply or with a few weeks ETA.2. Remodeling is expected to pick up. We aren't economists but we hear new home sales are constrained by a lack of workers to build the homes. In some areas new home prices now command a sizeable premium. The result is a noticeable increase in remodeling, which tends to favor our vanities over built ins from contractors.3. Wages in the U.S. are strong! People feel good financially and their home is their best investment Bathrooms are prime candidates to add value and enjoyment. In 2016 we may see inventory levels such that you can expect your choice to be in stock and delivered in 3-10 business day.
