I would like to very proudly announce we had a PERFECT SURVEY!!!! There are a few minor things we will be fixing/changing or already have but there were not any issues that rose to the level of a citation. Thank you all for the hard work, compassion, and dedication to our residents you provide each and every day! It was evident to the surveyors and voiced to them by our residents and family members.
