MORSCO: Advent International Sells MORSCO for $1.4B

Massachusetts-based private equity firm Advent International has agreed to sell MORSCO, a plumbing products, waterworks materials and HVAC equipment distributor in Texas, to Australian bathroom and plumbing products supplier Reece Limited for $1.44 billion in cash.
