Carefully release the rear panel. Take care when removing the rear panel as there is still a ribbon cable connected from the front to the back at this point.Step 2The ribbon cable is easy to disconnect, gently tug on cable and it should release. You may choose to remove or not remove the ribbon cable at this step depending on your comfort level with the repair.Step 3 The battery should be able to be simply disconnected at this point.
