Multisource: MultiSource Manufacturing buys Fridley precision-machiner Toolkraft

Minnetonka-based MultiSource Manufacturing said it bought Toolkraft Inc. in Fridley and hired its 32 employees. The high-precision manufacturer will take on the MultiSource name but stay at its 46,000-square-foot Fridley facility. It was previously owned by the Zbikwoski family. The July 31 deal is MultiSource's 13th acquisition. It will let the manufacturer make larger and more precisely machined parts for its customers, MultiSource said in a news release.
